Crash Recovery

If the DocToHtml Add-In crashes, MS Word tends to include it into its Disabled Add-Ins internal list. As a result, DocToHtml’s toolbar or menu items will disappear from MS Word, and even reinstalling DocToHtml will not fix the issue. If this is the case, try doing the following:

 MS Word 2007, 2010, or 2013
 MS Word 2000, XP, or 2003
