|Conversion Options Dialog|
If the DocToHtml Add-In crashes, MS Word tends to include
it into its Disabled Add-Ins internal list. As a result,
DocToHtml’s toolbar or menu items will disappear from MS Word,
and even reinstalling DocToHtml will not fix the issue. If this is
the case, try doing the following:
MS Word 2007, 2010, or 2013
Go to Options, select Add-Ins Tab, select
Manage “Disabled Items” in the
drop-down box at the bottom, click Go, and
make sure that the DocToSite_server (or DocToHtml64,
if you are using a 64-bit MS Word) Add-In is present in the dialog
box that opens:
If you can see the Add-In there, enable it, and then restart
The screenshots have been taken in MS Word 2010. The
respective dialogs in Word 2007 or 2013 should look similar to
MS Word 2000, XP, or 2003
Go to Help->About, and click the “Disabled
Items...” button in the bottom-right corner of the
About dialog box.
Make sure that the DocToSite_server Add-In is not present
in this dialog box. If you do see the Add-In there, enable it, and
then restart MS Word.
If after doing that the DocToHtml menu is still missing, go to
and make sure that the checkbox at the left of DocToHtml is checked.
If following the instructions above has not solved the problem,
