License Agreement for DocToHtml Converter

   ELECTRONIC END USER 
   LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 
   DocToHtml version 3.XX

This is a legal Agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, 
herein after referred to as Licensee) and Opilion Software (herein after 
referred to as Licensor). By installing this software (herein after 
referred to as Product), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement.


        OPILION SOFTWARE EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT 

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE. 

1.1 The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive royalty-free license to make 
as many copies of the Product accompanying this agreement as you want, 
solely to test and evaluate the Product before you make the decision to 
purchase the Product.

1.2 You may use the accompanying Product free of charge for a period of 
30 days for the sole purpose of evaluating the Product. If, after 30 days,
you wish to continue using this Product, you are required to purchase it. 
Otherwise, you are required to remove this Product, in its entirety, 
from all computers on which it is installed.

1.3 You shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
disassemble, otherwise reverse-engineer, or transfer the Product except 
as provided in this Agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result 
in immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement.

1.4 You may transfer and distribute the evaluation version of the Product 
in its unmodified form via electronic means to any other persons as long as 
their use of the Product is strictly for the purpose of evaluation.

1.5 You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting donations 
for copies of the Product, distributing the Product with any other products 
without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

1.6 Once registered, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
the Product for any legal purpose on any number of the Licensee’s computers, 
at a time. The registered Product and the license key itself may not be rented 
or leased, may not be given to any third-party, but may be permanently 
transferred if the person receiving them agrees to the terms of this license.

1.7 The personal (single-user) license gives you, as a single individual, the 
right to use the Product on all of your computers, provided that you are the 
only user of this software on all of these computers.

1.8 The business (multiple-user) license gives your organization the right to 
have the Product used by the organization’s employees on as many computers as 
specified in the license key. The maximum number of computers is displayed in 
the “About” dialog box.

1.9 The site license gives your organization the right to use the Product on an
unlimited number of computers owned by your organization.
                  
1.10 Any of the above-mentioned licenses gives you the right to receive upgrades 
to all future versions of the Product free of charge.

1.11 Any of the above-mentioned licenses gives you the right to receive 
free technical support during one year after the purchase, via e-mail 
(support@opilsoft.com). 

1.12 We may place the logo and/or name of your company or university on our website, 
usually on the “Our clients” webpage. If you want to have them removed, it will be 
done within 24 hours after we receive your request.

1.13 You may not delete the notice about using the evaluation version of the Program
from the output (X)HTML pages, if such notice was inserted by the evaluation version 
of the Product.

  2. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But there is a general rule 
that no software ever is error-free, and the number of errors tends to increase with 
the complexity of the program. That’s why we cannot guarantee that this software will 
run in every environment, on any Windows-compatible computer, together with any other 
application, and without producing any errors. Any liability for damage of any sort 
is hereby denied. In any case, the liability is limited to the registration fee. 
Please test this program with noncritical data, as we cannot guarantee the safety of 
your data. Should you detect errors before registration, your registration would 
indicate that you accept them. Any description of bugs will be accepted, but we 
cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix all of them.
